based in a designated food park located in the Carn Industrial Estate.  P McCanns have built a state of the art food processing plant and storage facility.  With long term, ULO controlled atmosphere computerised storage.  P McCann & Sons can guarantee continuity in quality from the start of the season to the end of the season.

The Storage availability for McCanns is over 26,000 bins (approx).  With 11,000 bins on site and another 15,000 bins off site.

P McCann and Sons Apple Production and Production Line are fully BRC certified and approved in compliance with the Environmental Standards BS 8555. (3), and have HACCP systems in place.

The administration centre utilises the most recent and up-to-date dell computer systems incorporating a 2900 Power Edge, raid 5 Server as the back bone of the McCanns promise to deliver there product and supplies to there customers.

The Administration team is headed up using IT professionals and Accounting professionals backed by an IT Support Staff of Microsoft Certified Professionals.

A designated production QC Team backed with an up to date in-house Lab and shelf life room, helping us maintain the high standards required by our customer base.
